And here’s the truth: as we grow, evolve, and shift (which we’re always doing), that inner voice shifts with us. Learning to trust it—again and again—is part of the dance.

Self-Trust Activation

Start by imagining your intuition flowing down your arm and into the palm of your right hand.

Now recall some solid, soul-level wins you’ve had with your intuition. Times you just knew—and you were right. Place those moments gently into your right palm. Picture them wrapped in a beautiful gift box, glowing with light.

In your left hand, create a second gift box. This one is for everything you already trust. Like, “I trust that I can speak. I trust I can zip up a jacket.” “I trust I can drink a glass of water.” Feel the ease of those truths and let that trust energy fill up your left hand.

Take a breath. Tune in. Which hand feels fuller, more energized? Let each box expand—bigger, brighter and warmer.

When you feel the energy is balanced and strong in both hands, gently bring your hands together and pour that trust right into your intuition. Merge the two. Let trust and intuition become one.
