Hi everyone,
Experts tell us to love and trust ourselves more. We don’t always know how. Some of us tend to judge ourselves harshly. Many of us hope for perfection from their own selves, yet we don’t expect that of others.
Self-love involves cultivating a little more respect and acceptance of ourselves, acceptance of our short comings and honoring of our strengths. It involves being kind and gentle to yourself.
Practicing self-love helps you build trust in your decisions and your intuition Take time to give thanks often for the good things in your life and about yourself.
Ask better questions:
If I really love myself what choice would I make?
If I were love, how would I respond?
What would love do now?
What is the most worthy choice for my highest well-being and purpose?
Trusting yourself and your intuition may involve taking little risks. Tune into your body and be mindful of feelings that arise. Take action on your intuition once you are clear. Practice good self-care.
What would happen if you treat yourself first with kindness and compassion? Might you enjoy your precious life a little bit more?
