Energy Update June 2020

We are each well aware that there is crisis in the world and this can be challenging. There is a greater plan unfolding as we are in the Ascension. The energy is going to continue to quicken.
The Ascension is an opportunity to evolve at light speed. It is our Spirit coming up from deep within to support our evolution and our true selves arriving on Earth. We find our soul by being present in the moment and being true to ourselves moment by moment.
This same process also enhances and hones our intuition. As we tune in each day, to the myriad of messages and situations in our lives, we must be true to ourselves. Experiences as simple as going to the grocery store become a time of attunement. You might be asking, is this a good time to go to the store?
You might also be asking some bigger questions. What is the purpose of this time? What is the purpose of my life? What is this energy trying to tell us? Who is telling us the truth? When I stand on Mother Earth what is it that she is saying?
Energy Update
We are moving from an era where the primary learning was through the consciousness of power over, of perpetrator and victim. While we see too much of this in the news these days, it is something that has been there for eons. As much as the media is focused on delivering negativity, this is also the way that those who were not yet aware how deep the corrupt and perpetration is, come to actually face it.
Humanity is in a Shamanic cleansing. We individually and collectively are going through a rites of passage into our true selves. Just like we have had to go through many ego deaths to evolve, so does humankind have to wake up and face the ego. In order to wake up, the magnifying glass is on our shadow, because we are in such deep denial. As big as the shadow is, we have more light. We must be patient as we move through the quickening. Things are going to speed up even more so keep your compassion at the ready to pull forward at a moment’s notice.
We are graduating from fear but we can also feel full of fear. However, have you noticed that when you breathe, open your heart and intend rise up in the higher dimensions that fear does not exist there. It dissolves instantly when we are success in rising up. There you can step right into joy and light-hearted happiness and you can find and feel the truth. Your discernment increases. Give yourself permission to choose the better feeling thought every second of each day.
That electromagnetic grid around the earth is updated each moment. It carries the latest codes and information that Spirit has for us. Intend and stay connected to that grid and ground deeply into the earth. Practice grounding many times a day. If you can put your bare feet on the ground. Spend as much time in nature as you can.
