A Simple Exercise: Intuition and Self Love

Ground and center yourself. Breathe deeply. This can be done in the mirror, looking into your own eyes.
Use the Mirror and Each of Your Eyes
Notice that as you look in the mirror, you may get a different response from each eye. They are not always in sync. They represent different parts of your being. One eye may even nurture the other part.
Sample Questions to Ask Yourself!
- Do I really love myself? Yes/no
- If I loved myself more, what would I do for myself today?
- If I loved myself more, what would I do more often?
- Will I turn my worries over to the Creator?
- Am I willing to slow down and enjoy myself more?
- Am I too busy working or doing things for others? Would I benefit from doing more for myself today?
- Do I feel guilty or selfish putting myself first?
- Am I willing to know that putting myself first is not selfish, it is self full? It is self-fulfilling.
- Is there anything I need to forgive myself for?
- What can I be more grateful for?
- What is my inner voice telling me to pay more attention to?
- Am I on the path to deeper self-love?
Give yourself a big pat on the back! When your cup is full your intuition flows and everyone benefits. Your boundaries are strong and your intuition works well. Fill your own tank first.
