Hi everybody,
I’ve been thinking about the upcoming holidays and the current political area and how much stress so many of us are going through. Self-care is so important to our overall well-being. When we are relaxed our intuition becomes stronger and keeps us in touch with our guidance. It’s important to take care and put ourselves first more of the time and move into deeper and deeper states of unconditional love and that feels good.
Our current times make this need for self-care even more important. Remember to be creative, use your talents and juices. If you feel called to garden or paint your walls, do it! If a day at a spa or a massage sounds delicious, do that.The key here is to ignite your passion, be active where you are called and relax into your inner being and guidance.
When you feel frustrated, slow down. Even five minutes of quite time ascending into your being can make such a difference. If you don’t have a day, how about an extra early morning walk before others are up or at dusk in the evening when the light is changing. These are magical times and they can ignite your spirit.
How does this relate to your intuition? It relates because when you are relaxed and present, your intuition flows. Your guidance system is rejuvenated and you can sense it more easily. It’s a body tool. It comes through and gives messages through your body so taking care of yourself is essential for that to work optimally. It’s closely salted to your health. Self care fills us up, helps us feel good, full and clear. When we are full, there is more resilience. We are less resistance to guidance that leads us toward change. When we feel the fullness of our spirit, we are ready for anything and more present right now to enjoy.
Once you are in this energy, go about your life and ask your intuition any questions that may be on your mind and heart. Your guidance works so much better when you are in joy. Take time to smell the roses!
