Pointers to Make Listening Easier and More Effective
- Remember to start with clearing yourself and being calm. Do some grounding or take a rainbow shower or energy bath. Open to divine guidance in whatever form fits your belief system.
- Ask your intuition and guides one question at a time. If your head is busy and you are asking three questions at once, you may not know which question has been answered when you receive an answer.
- Work when you are feeling clear. If you are not feeling clear, take some breaths or a short walk, do some stretching and get a drink of water.
- Remember your ethics. We don’t trespass on other people’s properties. It is also not ethical to trespass into other people’s thoughts and energy. If you have permission from someone to look in on them, then it is ok to do so. These are ethical boundaries.
- Use the phrase “In divine truth” at the beginning of a question. This increases the accuracy of your answer. For example, “In divine truth, the best direction for me is to ___________?”
- Double check with your Muscle test. Practice muscle testing until you have mastered it. Then you can use your muscle testing for yes/no questions and answers. It’s a great validation and back up.
- Trust Your Timing: Ask, “Am I at the place in my life to know the answer to this question now?” Sometimes the answers to our questions are not available or ready yet.
- Use Basics: When you are listening while driving, in an emergency, at the office or on the run, always go back to basics. Breathe, ground and take a rainbow shower. Use your strong
yes and no signals. If you are busy and can’t sit down, you can still breathe yourself to clarity.
Love to you all!
