Hi Everyone,
We each have had those moments when we have felt a warning in our gut or our heart. We may have had sweaty palms walking into situations we don’t feel good about. These signals from your intuition are very important warning signs. While it may seem simple and obvious to many that we need to heed these, I’ve heard story after story about regret when someone has by-passed this signal and gone forward
We have moved into relationships with the wrong person, eating food in a restaurant that made us sick, shared something with the wrong person and done many little things where we have over ridden a subtle warning.
There are tools to help you discern the difference between a warning sign and a fear. I teach those in my intuition development trainings.
I want to share a couple of little stories where someone has listened and it worked out well.
Pam’s Story
I was sitting in a coffee shop, busy writing a book. A friend called to see if she could meet me at my house in a half hour. I started to say yes out of obligation, and then realized I was shortchanging myself. I got a funny feeling in my throat and I started to have a subtle gut ache until I told the truth, that I was writing and needed more time. I trusted my intuition. It turned out she could also use the extra time.
John’s Story
I had a buzzing sound in my head one time, when I was about to get on the freeway. As I listened more carefully, I heard an inner sound that reminded me of the siren of an ambulance. I decided to take the city streets instead and later learned there had been an accident on the freeway and traffic was backed up. It was a good thing I listened to my intuition, as I was on my way to an important meeting.
Remember to pay attention to your intuitive signals.
Love to you,
