This is what my guides had to say about: How to Be More Loving
“Take good care of yourself first. Yes, please put yourself first.
After you have taken care of yourself, reach out to your closest companions. If that is a mate or a family, take care of your mate and your family. Take care of your animals.
Then go back inside. When you are satisfied that you and your family are happy, reach out to your community and your work. Life springs forth in this manner.
When you put your inner world first and yourself on the top of the list, you arrive at life well nourished and confidence. When you deprive yourself of your own love, you really deprive others of the better part of you.
When you put others before yourself, you arrive on half mast. Your tank of energy and love is not so full. Arrive full. Arrive nurtured and confidence and then you are the most loving person that you can be and able to be of fuller support.”
Love to you all,

Happily, I’ve grown accustomed to finding enormous value in things that Dawn has to say. Whether face-to-face in a personal encounter, or reading her (and her guides’) words of wisdom, I am always enriched with the clarity and insight she provides.
In response to this particular message from Dawn, I’d like to suggest that meeting with her in person can also increase your ability to be more loving. She offers insightful ways for clearing whatever is blocking your natural and loving flow. It certainly has been amazingly helpful for me.
