Hi everyone,
When your life is full, it is essential to carve out time for yourself. Here are some suggestions for easy ways to replenish yourself and bask in your own energy.
1. Go to bed early and get up a ½ hour earlier than the rest of your household to be alone.
2. If you sleep with someone else, sleep alone once in a while. Explain to your partner that you want to rest your aura solo occasionally. You may feel even more refreshed and ready to see your lovely partner the following day.
3. Make the minutes count when you have them. Breathe deeply. Listen quietly to your intuition, many times a day.
4. Take 10-minute walks, even on your lunch break.
5. Walk in Nature. No Time? Hug a tree, watch a dandelion.
6. Listen to music.
7. Take a bath or shower.
8. Take an energy shower. Clean your chakras if you know how. If you don’t learn how. It’s really helpful. I’ll be happy to help you learn.
9. Do some stretching.
10. Sit and do some pranayama. If you don’t know how, simply sit and breathe.
11. Chant. How about Aum?
12 .Spend some time with a child or newborn baby.
13. Quiet your mind, allow your intuition to flourish and speak to you. Be mindful.
Yes, these are easy. When I am personally stressed I forget to breathe. I once had a house fire in my home and we were displaced for a couple of months. It was pretty hard. After about 6 weeks, I was still pretty off and one of my friends asked me if I had cleared my chakras lately. I used to do that daily and had not done it since the house fire. It was very revealing to me, what we forget when we are stressed out.
