Hi everybody,
Last night in class we were doing readings for each other. The theme coming up was self love. One student said to another, “You deserve more than your own leftovers.” We all cracked up as we could relate! This is one kind of prosperity that is under your own control right now.
Try this exercise in self love:
Ground and center yourself. Take a rainbow shower.
Breathe deeply. Ask yourself?
1. Do I really love myself? Yes/no
2. If you loved myself more, what would you do for yourself today?
3. If you loved yourself more what would you do more often?
4.Will you turn those worries over to the divine?
5. Do you hurry? Slow down and smell the fresh air?
6. Are you busy doing for others? Would you do something more for yourself instead?
7. Do you feel guilty or selfish putting yourself first? There is probably an old belief there waiting for you to change it.
8. Do you put others first? Would you please fill your cup?
If you
will fill your cup, I will feel better. Your friends and family will feel better and you will feel better. When you are full, you are happy, your boundaries are strong and your intuition works well. Fill your own tank first.
Here are some free ways to fill your cup!
Breathe Deeply.
Listen to your guidance.
Lighten up your thoughts. Use your mantra.
Listen to your favorite music.
Stretch, walk, wiggle, dance, shake it out.
Do some things close to home that you enjoy.
Take a whole day off away from the phone and computer.
Go where you feel the deepest rejuvenation,
Make some slow cook food like soup or tamales.
Go to the beach. Walk by the river.
Give yourself a hug or a present.
Practice being grateful.
When you see something that bothers you, say a prayer that everyone be free of that issue. That helps end your worry.
