Grounding

Grounding is connecting to your body and the earth.
It is being present.

The Grounding Process:

There are numerous ways to ground. Each person will discover which way works best and is easiest for him or herself. Learn, practice it and get comfortable with it and then over time modify and adjust it so it’s tailored specifically to you.

The goal is to bring all of yourself, all parts of you into this moment. You can do this process eyes open or eyes closed. Take a deep breath or two. Allow yourself to slow down and relax.  Witness  yourself and feel your body relaxing.

Imagine you have roots from the bottom of each of your feet going down deep into the earth. Your roots go into a friendly and loving earth.  Her light is so bright that your roots go into her light the second they touch the earth. Imagine a third root coming out of the base of your spine going down into the earth. This creates a stable tripod of energy. You are now grounded to the earth.

You can also extend your whole area down to connect to the earth, making a big column of light that is easily connected to the earth’s loving core.

It’s also great to “ground” upward toward heaven.  Imagine a brilliant sun over the top of your head and let your crown go right up into that sun’s protective light. Then extend your whole aura up into that sunlight.  You are now in the column of light, both up and down.  This light feeds you and protects your aura.

The deeper your roots the more grounded you will feel. You can envision yourself as your favorite tree, a steel grounding rod, a trickle of water, or imagine your roots as beams of divine light. Modify in ways that are just right for you. Be comfortable.

Let feelings of appreciation bubble up from within. Imagine stepping into the future staying connected to the earth and your body.

Grounding –  Rainbow Shower –  Movie BackwardsEnergy CleansingTips Opening a Coning

I’m really conscious of how very close I am to making a huge transition. I can feel it for the first time. When I started on this journey, years ago, it was like climbing a rock face wall. I looked up at the craggy rock face and thought, ‘I can do that!’ I was very enthusiastic and excited and ready. I started climbing and at first it was thrilling and cool. Then it got really hard.  I started thinking, I can’t do this, what was I thinking? I looked down and I could see how far I had gone and I couldn’t go back down but I was too exhausted to go any further up. I didn’t know what to do so I hung out there in mid air for awhile. Then you came along and gave me a new rope and a fresh hand up. I started climbing again.  I am close enough to see the top of my climb and KNOW that I can get there. I know that I can’t get careless and try and climb too fast but I can see and feel how close I am. I have new energy.  I am getting everything done that needs to be done. Thank you so much.
