How to Stay Calm in Chaos
Much of the world is in shock. Many of us are wrestling with the unrest in the world. Over the last week, I have had to work harder to maintain my calm center and continue to stay in love. I’ve had to dive deeper to process my triggers. If you want to stay as peaceful and loving as possible in this time of turbulence we have to use the tools.
Here are Some Tools You can use Daily.
- Ground and clear yourself daily. Here’s a whole page of tools for that.
- Hang out in inner peace. The peace is there; it’s always been there, it will always be there inside of us. It’s just waiting for us to join it. Take the time to breathe your way down. Breathe your way to peace and hang. You are a beacon of light.
- Call on your Ascended Masters, Angels and Nature Helpers daily. They are in a very different vibration than that of the world. Ask 10,000 angels to be with you everyday. There are more than enough for each of to have that many. And when you have spares near you, then surely others can borrow from your massive supply.
- Rise up. Think high vibration. We must rise above the masses and the chaos or we are in it. Practice grounding and alignment. I am aligning daily 144,000 dimensions deep daily. That is the realm of the Angels.
- Visit nature. Play your favorite music. Keep your journal handy. Clear your Chakras daily. Ground daily.
- Arnica and rescue remedy. Trauma release remedies are good friends. Put a drop in your water bottle and sip it throughout the day. That gives you a safe, continuous and homeopathic dose.
